Samia Kornweibel, PCC

President & CEO  ⧫ LifeLens Coaching & Consulting

I am a Certified Conversational Intelligence® and Leadership Circle Coach with over 16 years of experience working with leaders on their progressive career transitions and conscious leadership/team development plans.   I leverage a powerful combination of resources from coaching, neuroscience, conscious communication, a Universal Leadership Model, executive recruiting, and leadership-team-organizational cultural dynamics to co-create roadmaps that guide client actions and decisions through their transitions.

I help clients discover how conversations and behaviors impact their effectiveness, reputation, and leadership/team presence so they can make more intentional professional and organizational choices leading to successful outcomes.   For larger projects, I collaborate and co-facilitate with my team of Coaching Partners who specialize in executive coaching, leadership development, team dynamics, communication, branding, career advancement, and Brené Brown's Daring LeadershipTM and Daring Teams.TM

I also combine my years of experience as an executive recruiter and a professional coach to assist with promotions, on-boarding, re-org transitions, and revitalizing top performers to avoid burnout and Summit Syndrome. Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders from Microsoft, PVH, Warnaco, Coach, the Gates Foundation, Yum Brands, Pepsico, Nintendo, Coca-Cola, Wolverine World Wide, Tully's, Starbucks, Denny's, Community Transit, Sound Transit, Jamba Juice, Au Bon Pain, and ULTA.

I am a Certified Hogan Consultant and Certified Leadership Circle Practitioner. I often use the Hogan Assessment, The Leadership Circle 360 Profile, and a suite of services to enhance my clients' strategic awareness and accelerate their leadership development, team management, career advancement, and reputation management.

I am also certified by Marianne Williamson in Miracle-Minded Coaching, which enhances a person's ability to create and connect their spiritual practices to how they are showing up to lead, connect, and collaborate with others to build healthier, compassionate, and inclusive workplaces and communities.

I earned my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from InviteCHANGE.  I received both my Associate Certified Coach and then my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials from the International Coach Federation. I am now working towards my Master Certified Coach designation.

I previously served as a Board Director and the Vice President of Membership for the International Coach Federation Washington State chapter for two years. In 2012, I was honored to be voted the “Career Coach of the Year” for ICF Washington State’s chapter comprised of 400 coaches.
