The Leadership Circle Profile Experience Overview

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is a powerful 360 leadership profile experience based on over 30 years of research and the Universal Model of Leadership that reveals your personality and operating system – your internal assumptions and beliefs which run your behavior in two different domains: Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies.

Creative Competencies are well-researched competencies measuring how one achieves results, brings out the best in others, leads with vision, enhances their own development, acts with integrity and courage, and improves organizational systems.
Reactive Tendencies are default, stress-managing strategies of self-limiting styles which over-emphasize the focus on gaining the approval of others, protecting oneself, and getting results through high control tactics.

Exploring your results, we’ll connect themes and experiences so you can see how your inner world of thought translates into a productive or unproductive style of leadership and overall effectiveness. We’ll also look at how this leads to people’s perceptions of you, how you see yourself, and how this affects your confidence, reputation, and credibility.

Ultimately, the LCP increases your inner awareness which then starts to affect your outward behavior as you can now more consciously understand your triggers and initial reactions and be more intentional with how you decide to show up to your work, decisions, team interactions, career progression, relationships, and opportunities. The LCP will bring the key issues to the surface instantly because the whole results gestalt is accessible in a one-page profile. This gives you a larger perspective on how this inner landscape impacts your outer world and we can create a tailored, empowered approach for your continued growth and professional maturity.

Process:

You will take a self-survey and choose a group of 10-15 people to participate in completing a survey to share their perspectives of working with you.
I will send the survey invitations to all of you and we will give your participants two weeks to complete the survey.
Then I’ll generate and interpret the report in preparation for our Debrief Session.
During our Debrief Session (1.5 hours) we’ll explore your Leadership Profile results, data, and narrative comments to illuminate themes, patterns, and insights that will help you gain a larger perspective of yourself and your path forward as you mature professionally, enrich your brand and advance your career.
